This 23,000 SF manufacturing plant, located in Jackson, Michigan evolved from a competitive bid project to a design/build Lease-Back relationship with the customer located in Sheffield, England. This was an interesting project for most communications transpired via trans-continental tele-conferences and faxes. The design included an expandable Varco-Pruden pre-engineered metal building housing office space, quality control and manufacturing. Brick, continuous glazing, pre-finished siding and standing seam roof were used on the balance of the building.
