O’Harrow Construction Co. was awarded a full scope design/build contract to convert an existing building that had been used as a restaurant into a credit union office. The scope of work included a building addition, vault, interior offices, lobby, teller counter and a drive- thru area. The job was successfully completed within the owners budget limitations.
