O’Harrow Construction Co. was awarded a full scope design/build contract to convert a 40 year old auto agency into a graphic arts department including a gallery, photography, computer graphics, sculpture studio, with wood and welding shops. An addition included a new wing for a mailing and distribution department. O’Harrow was able to work with the University to complete the remodeling withing the budget as funds were raised for the project.
