O’Harrow Construction Co. was awarded this competitively bid municipal project to construct a water treatment plant for the City of Jackson, Michigan. This one building contains all the concrete tanks and chemical facilities to treat and soften Jackson’s water supply. The contract included all mechanical and electrical work. The building shell consists of reinforced concrete, masonry and precast concrete roof planks, all designed to withstand a potentially corrosive atmosphere.
