This design/build project located in downtown Jackson was to replace a fire loss. A pre-engineered steel framing system was utilized for a column free building with a Bavarian look. The building is completely fire sprinkled, air-conditioned and includes a bar, cooler, kitchen, ballroom, meeting rooms, offices and restrooms. The project was completed and fully operational in 150 days.
