The owner inquired about property owned by our realty division on Page Avenue. He was in a cramped lease space and needed to expand the business to a nearby location he could own. O’Harrow presented a proposal that included the land, a 80' x 100' pre-engineered metal VP building with a 16' low eave for material storage and a mezzanine office. The project was completed within the budget and the four month time frame.
